Mama Chen's special version of white glutinous rice, black rice and red rice dumpling wrapped with bamboo leaves, filled with five spiced pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, sand ginger infused mung bean, shallot and salted egg yolk. This is loosely based on the Hakka style zongzi, eaten a lot in Guangdong and Hong Kong region especially around dragon boat festival. (Approximately 350grams ±10 each)
