Ingredients: Daikon, Water, Dried Shrimps, Dried Shiitake Mushroom, Chinese Pork Sausage (Sugar, Soy Sauce, Water, Salt, Cooking Wine, E621, Spices - Liquorice Powder, Grain Alcohol, E250), Shallot, Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Wheat Starch, Water, Five Spice Powder, Chicken Powder, Dried Scallop Powder, Salt, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil.

Instructions: To be refrigerated and consume within 14 days, or to be frozen. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Slice to desire thickness, steam for 10 minutes or pan fry until golden crispy. Best served with Mama Chen's chilli oil.
